Dade County was terribly upset as was your department and entire police nation when on that hot afternoon of May 16, 1979 when just before your shift would conclude so did your valiant young life and career beacuse of this one evil man. You were well revered and diligent beyond any shadow of doubt. Your fellow officers that day would affirm this and you were unselfish and unrelenting in your tasks to create freedom and justice for every resident in your beloved community where your loyalty and esteemed character remain forevermore cherished and respected for all their ideals, values and scruples.
