Humanity thrived because of ingenuity and integrity meeting one another for your whole life of twenty-five years six spent patrolling and fulfilling your heavenly aspirations now all inspiring. You, Officer Cook, my neighbor, friend and hero have been resting in peace giving honesty, integrity and respectful commitment to Dade County's citizens. There is a period when human being's educations arrive at those honored convictions when imitation is akin to taking one's existence, yet we must take for better or worse, as our portion that through the wise universe is full of good while violence wanders from point A to point B subjecting folks to something quite racking. Your goodwill and dignity, Officer Cook, preserved Dade County from more severe troubles that tragic day when you sacrificed your life for humility and sacred scruples. All the finest character and respect from your peers that has stood as your legacy all these decades later to be humanely and warmly saluted and welcomed as an angel who soars forever around mankind. Rest in peace my neighbor, friend and hero. Hugs are better than drugs and now you can forever hug and hold your spirits and those of your parents very close to you.

And let it be known that Badge#1664 was honor, integrity and resourceful dignity that protected with everlasting vigilance. A true hero of trust and truthful anticipation to serve, save and to open those gates of valor and to unlock safety, serenity and peace forevermore. The skies may open up from time to time, your life, career and virtue will be fondly admired and richly remembered. Liberty City that fateful afternoon was interrupted by heinous gunfire and just rotten evil that took a wonderful man back to heaven to rest in peace next to your beloved father, Charles.
