Reflections for Police Officer William Coleman Cook

Violence is not just evil it's ghastly and can decimate a community. Your goodwill and hope, Officer Cook, spared Dade County much worse harm than we'll ever comprehend. The humility and honor always forthright and from your heart and soul of dignity and integrity. Trust and truth can dream, but, they had better display excellence in character and in respect. Rest in peace my neighbor, friend and hero.
