Today is that horrible anniversary of an event that shook the world. When in New York and in Washington DC historic buildings and lives were forever ruined and destroyed by terrorists and planes loaded with innocent passengers. Your life and its memories have been cherished and never forgotten. Dade County witnessed firsthand heroic honor, dignity and integrity displayed justly at all times. Peril and danger, Officer Cook, were handled by yourself and your partners who were graced to work beside a man of enrichment, endearment and unselfish enhancement that has built foundations of humanity to stay strong and solid forevermore. Stability and a sense of wisdom,vision and maturity always dominated your passions where your priorities were fully centered. You did not need a compass to guide you, Our Maker took care of that as did your loving parents may they rest in peace along with you my neighbor, friend and hero of character, dignity and the devotion of integrity only in your heart and soul. If only Mr. Pearsall's head could have been properly affixed to his being life for you and your colleagues would have been spared the pain of your untimely loss, though always a hero of resolve and humane care.
