When in New York and in Washington DC historic buildings and lives were forever ruined and destroyed by terrorists and planes loaded with innocent passengers. Your life and its memories have been cherished and never forgotten. Dade County witnessed firsthand heroic honor, dignity and integrity displayed justly at all times. Peril and danger, Officer Cook, were handled by yourself and your partners who were graced to work beside a man of enrichment, endearment and unselfish enhancement that has built foundations of humanity to stay strong and solid forevermore.
