Our progress and hopeful prosperity was because you cared and were concerned about Dade County's safety, Officer Cook. Dogged, devoted and determined to rid us of problems and wickedness you utilized every tool at your disposal that tragic day to get Mr. Pearsall to surrender. He did not and you and your partner and fellow officers found yourselves in a hornet's nest of chaos.
