Being cantankerous only confiscates one's own humble honor and courage. Your dignity, character and integrity must be available to stand up to the likes of adversity and if desire and effort do not match up correctly then you are more inclined to have problems. Your goodwill and hope, Officer Cook, was solidly behind you and enabled you to patrol Dade County with a full heart and the confidence to succeed. We salute your humility, sacred passions and the very decency that sprang forth from your soul of inspiration. Rest in peace my neighbor, friend and hero.
