I think Officer Cook the phrase should have read that the man who decided to commit heinous, callous and wanton actions against you, your colleagues and Dade County got his ultimate punishment by being killed by one of your own in the end as your friend Detective Donald Blocker finally ended a day of calamity killing him and ending a terrible episode of fear he generated. You brought joy, happiness and all the trails of trust , honor and dignity to your beloved family and treasured department.
