You were hired by the Metro-Dade Police Department, Officer Cook, because of your excellence, humility and honesty that all who serve and protect must possess. Such a trusted and capable young man with so much integrity, character and dignity displaying its wares while you were out patrolling the streets for tranquility and freedom for all mankind. Its citizens have not forgotten your unwavering, undying and unselfish virtue, vim and vigilance spread far and wide to contain and to capture those inclined to sprout evil from their souls. Your heart and soul were very refreshing, passionate and nobly blessed as Our Master has given you eternal rewards for outstanding effort day after day through and through. Your mother,Mrs. Julia Cook, was a humane and humble example living her life to the fullest until one-hundred and three years of objectivity, humility and sanctity all from her heart just as your dad, Mr. Charles Cook,may he too rest in peace. A rogue officer, a bad apple and incompetence will surely get one kicked off the force. The streets and corners could not be happier. Most who do serve and wear a straight forward badge and uniform, God will watch, guide, steer and navigate your career oriented talents so long as they are essential. Destiny and fate do at times all too many leap in the way and unplug a promising climb up God's goodly ladders of learning and yearning. You learned your lessons well, Officer Cook, a hero does not forget nor does one act callously and without reason. Your career with Dade County was honest, intensified in integrity and supported by the bolts of dignity,bravery and boldness leading you on your daily duties on patrol. You delivered the harmony and soundness of skills so missed very much today. Our Creator called your spirit and noble soul home to be near Him forever. There were sadly no choices.
