Only in the law enforcement profession nothing is ever final until the streets and roads are paved with silence which is golden. Dade County as in any large or small region seeks and wants harmony, unity and whatever sense of direction that is only upward and enriching. You accomplished these feats, Officer Cook, during your relatively short career of six hard fought,honorable and most dignified years of effort and tenacity. Integrity that gently brushed against your heart of character and now gently touching your angel's wings that take you higher and higher. Through the clear blue skies and the darkest of nights, that feeling comes alive. Yet, eternity called you, Officer Cook, why?
