A man's rants, revenge and thorough hate for the establishment does more than make the hairs on your head stand up. His heinous and reprehensible behavior set off alarms every which way. Because of this, Officer Cook,your family suffered and grieved your loss at such a tender young age of twenty-five years. All of them contributing to the very well being and welfare of Dade County's population. So promising, dignified and with a heart of heroic integrity your journeys, missions and voyages of goodwill and esteemed hope must not be forgotten.
