Justice at times is so blind. It's just tragic what America must battle and defend its liberties for. Values, ideals and morals seemed to have escaped for within. At least for your six years of watching and patrolling Dade County, Officer Cook, things seemed to have had a reason. A mission by and large so burdensome, that's why it takes all the heart and mind of honor, integrity and some of dignity's ingenuity to figure things out before they snowball. Now as an angel you can assist God while your wings keep you flying humbly higher every second. Rest in peace my neighbor, friend and hero.
