Yours, Officer Cook, were straight arrow and always with honest intentions, dignified resources and integrity always giving Dade County its beat hopes and goodwill of survival. That's what your family and peers wished would have happened on May 16,1979. Your life was so senselessly taken and forever the man who robbed you of humility, character and truth should surely have thought twice before pulling that trigger.
