Your life, career and ultimate sacrifice, Officer cook, was founded upon basic and fundamental principles, values and scruples of desire, dignity and devotion to doing your due diligence so much so that Dade County and its population has never forgotten your sincerest of character and integrity all lending their hands to battle these adversaries that shake mankind's foundations of quiet and stability. The smile is always there to seeand yet you were so brave to answer a call you attended to many other times during your six years with the Metro-Dade Police Department. Dade County was where your cherished heart and soul gave their lives for the folks to live in peace. Tragically, one man started this mayhem and its ended sadly with a gentleman losing his life protecting the people you took a solemn affirmation to defend.
