I meant to say, Officer Cook, that your affirmation perpetuated life not perpetrated life. When one perpetrates that can be qualified as a negative and God forbid and I humbly apologize nothing in your heroic and sadly short life robbed by violence was negative. Only accentuation of awareness, acumen and accountability were visualized daily by your fellow officers and Dade County citizens. May you rest in peace my neighbor, friend and hero.
