You worked,toiled and sweated, Officer Cook, all in heaven's name and in your most sincerely blessed name, heart and soul that protected the ingenuity and truthfulness of Dade County. Domestic issues can confound, confuse and for certain create an awful dilemma. You solved most cases, Officer Cook, with your direct trust and truth,honesty,integrity and reliable dignity. That day of May 16, 1979, you answered what was your very last call with the same amount of sacred heart and soul never running away from these difficult and delicate issues. Dade County can surely be thankful for your sincerity and humanely principled abilities it's where humility and civility combine noble actions to thwart chaos.
