Dade County has your soul of serenity and heart of versatility to admire forevermore. Our tranquil moments have come about because you took the time and all matters seriously. When honesty, integrity and dignity get robbed from a loving man and a genuine representative of law enforcement we all share in this tragic loss. A whole list of responsibilities, onuses and an accounting of everything single activity you performed are listed and watched over. God is observing your soul, heart and spirit of humbleness, Officer Cook, every element poured into the efforts of making Dade County safer and happier. Your health, peace and serenity too, my neighbor, friend and hero were breached when one evil individual went against rules and reverence undermining the will of society and of Our Master's sacred flock of angels, integrity, dignity and honesty held their true tenacity against such adversaries. You are to be saluted for service a smile and plenty of charm and candor. Rest in peace my neighbor, friend and hero. Humanity misses your smile and humility of heart and resolve it cannot ever be replaced.

My family just lost a good friend, a wonderful soul of a man with the same humble and honorable character as you possessed, Officer Cook. Dr. Brad Cohen was an orthopaedic surgeon well respected, wise and dignified. His loss to our world shook those who were fortunate to have known him. Your loss to humanity will forever sting, the grief, anguish and pain never seems to dissipate. But, your loved ones have carried your legacy with an abundance of extra special care. A sincere heart and a secure soul located peace and tried its utmost to eliminate violence. To differentiate Dr. Cohen was killed when his condo collapsed almost one month ago and one bullet took your young and passionate life of goodwill from amongst family,peers and friends who have saluted and solemnly honored a truly generous human being full of virtue, vigilance and unending versatility.
