You try to prevent and head off any signs of trouble. But, the tasks at hand and solemn onuses do not conclude there. It can be more than eight hours a day if that is what's required. Snowy can be blanketing an area leaving roads filled with ice, the jobs must never stop. Dignity, character, reverence and loyalty must be applied every second never losing track of integrity or intuition.
