This COVID 19 monster must be put to bed as it is killing more public servants now than ever before. Vaccinate whatever you must do to secure the public safety and trust. Dade County was where your heart, soul and courage were most welcomed and very proficient indeed, Officer Cook. A hero of trust and truth always making his humble presence known and for trying to stop adversity that day of May 16, 1979. Your family suffered very real agony, anguish and grief over your loss, Officer Cook. And yet after your dad, Charles' passing you were there to keep your family settled and together always checking in on your mom's welfare. Rest in peace my neighbors, Mr. and Mrs. Cook. Your son Billy or Bill as he was called was and forevermore is a hero to all Dade County and the entire police nation. he was born and bred with courtesy, manners and a humble politeness that honorable angels of Our Master possess as well as dignity, wisdom and the integrity to articulate, dedicate and to motivate other colleagues during times of tension and peril.
