Dade County had its answer to its problems and you solved most of the lingering questions. It is faith, honor,dignity and all the resources of integrity, respect and wisdom that share vision's light as your soul and spirit along with your valiant heart that light up our skies. You were consummate, serene yet serious when action called. A gentleman who held his decency, desire and devotion right next to dedication,determination and a grip on his yearning to become the best. You never did that, Officer Cook and I'm certain you would have scolded any comrade that displayed that terrible lapse in judgment. Dade County as any venue cannot ever afford to have slackers in its department while serious issues and circumstances called for more drastic measures. You gave your heart and soul unselfishly so that we could thrive and enjoy our pursuits and their purposes in life. a real savior, truth and trustworthiness attached to your wisdom and acumen.
