Obviously you were one of many excellent officers working with the Metro-Dade Police Department, Officer Cook. A kind and considerate man who first started out at Jackson Hospital down south in security. Your career was headed humbly up the ladders of honesty, integrity and dignity all from a healthy and humble home environment. Dade County can take some measure of solace that you were doing your normal job,your chosen profession serving the public and unfortunately a wayward and heinous individual could not be stopped. he took your tragically and nearly those of your fellow officers of whom you aided as well as the citizens themselves.
