Reflections for Police Officer William Coleman Cook

Steely eyes, sharp hearing and a voice of humbleness that calmed down the most tense of individuals. That sad day, Officer Cook, you and your fellow colleagues employed every tool within legality to stop Mr. Pearsall. Too bad he had no class, dignity, honesty or integrity as you and your fellow comrades had. The situation got out of hand and sadly Dade County suffered mightily as did your loving family who has an important responsibility to carry out your heroic legacy forward. Tears and just every bit of grief, a loss that continues being felt today. Rest in peace my neighbor, friend and hero.
