Everyone wants to finish what they begin and Our Maker denotes when our missions and journeys are deemed as complete. Your family, Officer Cook, suffered a terrible and most horrible loss. Your young life and career were snuffed out by a man of no conscious. No respect, integrity, character and dignity. Faith and effort were put in your hands by God as He steered your patrols, both sacred and solemn as they served to enhance the image of society and for this no one forgets.
