Class, honesty, bravery and decency graduate when those humble heroes and heroines of wisdom, dignity and integrity all display their character while out on patrol looking to stabilize unity and peace for an entire community. In Dade County where you gave sincere endeavor, Officer Cook, you won't be forgotten, only loyally remembered by your caring family and your police family with whom you shared shared some adventurous battles. The war is not yet over as it has been going on for the last couple hundred years. Names have changed. Humility and humanity are grateful for those men and women whose uniforms who have graced us with nobleness and left their souls on the fields of ferocity. Rest in peace my neighbor, friend and hero of character, concise precision and ingenuity to relate and to carry out your journeys rather fervently. Officer Cook, you guided others humbly through turbulent times, it was your leadership that properly motivated other servants who answered the calls of danger and peril. Mankind will faithfully look back on your memories and devote full resources to functionally carrying out your heroic legacy.

Officers must pinch and squeeze every ounce of effort from their bodies and souls while serving and attempting to restore peace and tranquility on those dangerously paved pathways of terror. Each women and man of bravery and honor, decency and dignity must exert their integrity to the letter with the highest form of sincerity and character. You gave it your all, Officer Cook and stood humanly tall when confronting an archenemy as baffling as wickedness. Dade County and its folks demand quality and outstanding resolve, you never disappointed. You'll be greatly revered, respected and admired for heroically aiding your comrades who too fight like never before this war of awesome onuses. We all share in these burdens, your career and life, Officer Cook, was orchestrated by means of cunning wisdom, serious conviction and the transparent commitment to pride and excellence, nothing less. You were given a responsibility as one of God's many servants of sanctity and civility, Officer Cook, an officer and a classy gentleman of the highest standards of humility and honesty all coupled with your courage, integrity and the intuition that dignity brings. War and violence are not contests, winners and losers are not what's at stake, rather stopping obstacles of peril before they become sources of even greater grief. Dade County and its citizens were under the supremely humble guidance of your watchful eyes and ears for six years of devoted, loyal and faithful protection. Your family's heroic angel whose soul shines as brightly as the rays of the morning sun and the moon at night. Rest in peace my neighbor, friend and hero. There are no country bumpkins nor room for laziness when sealing peace and unity as on entity. Funny but serious. You cracked people up, Officer Cook, from what I've read. But, when the time turned to business it was you rolloing up your sleeves and saving life. Those lives of Dade County and its citizens were never in better hands. hands of humility and lips speaking humbly. You fought tooth and nail for Dade County and its people, Officer Cook. Every ounce of your personality, character, class and dedication was utilized to bring about peaceful and unified resolutions. The safety of the public at large is the primary responsibility of all men and women of bravery, whose hearts and minds must focus on the jobs at hand. Police work is risky and yet it rewards those humble souls of honesty and serenity who delve right in protecting and serving the righteous causes. Officer Cook, God gave you to us, your family peers of valor and your friends for twenty-five years and though your life and career were tragically derailed by wanton violence, you came through and saved the value of life.
