Vandalizing one's final resting peace steals their humility, honor and unwavering bravery. So I am very glad I was able to get the cemetery to replace your badge with a replica of Dade County. Although, I'm sure, Officer Cook, that having a copy of your heroic badge placed down on the cross would be preferable. Nevertheless, you were your community's hero of the highest regard and unquestionale resolve. When one places integrity and dingity on the line to save and to serve the public we must be very careful to offer them solemnly humble salutes of duty when called for.
