When fighting evil one needs to be honest and dependable, have dignity and integrity adjusted on their badges of boldness and uniforms that meet the criteria of compassion and concern. There was never a problem with a young so fixed on his professional responsibilities. Grieved by a loved one's loss, all we can say is, Officer Cook, you were one fine and gallant young man. Dade County and its citizens were most fortunate to have you protect and serve them because of your unwavering honesty, dignity and integrity that must be stationed at all corners to curtail terror.
