Your ever smiling presence allowed this unique opportunity to see your missions and fruitful journeys through until completion. Thank God for your soul of spiritual peace and of the persuasion that perseverance demands. Clear thinking. Cool under pressure. Persuasion at times becomes a bit muddied by mischief and mayhem taking their swipes at those who want peace and togetherness. All your life, Officer Cook, you dreamed of becoming an officer. Well, you started your career in the academy and graduated to public service I believe at Jackson Hospital South. From there it was onward to the Metro-Dade Police Department working out of its Central Division. Liberty City was and still is a rough area to maintain and watch over. Badge#1664 did this marvelously for six meaningful and honest times of everyday incorporation of integrity, dignity and the designs of devotion. You can never be forgotten for humanity's sake and for installing wisdom,peace and advice to other brave colleagues in arms. Being in harm's way is what all servants must carry out risking their souls for our safe passages.
