Find the problems that danger presents and to amplify peace and accentuate acumen and the consideration that has remained etched in our prayers and hearts. Dade County is a bit less safe, but God has His eyes of perfect site set on those whom you served and partnered with, Officer Cook. Well, thank the stars for you, Officer Cook, a top officer and one prized servant of honor, decency and the dignity that carries integrity down those corridors of courage. Your heroic actions that sad day, Officer Cook, were what made you a hero even though the way your you lived your life and composure under trying circumstances won't ever be forgotten. Character in today's civilization can be difficult to locate at times and though we know what energy and tenaciousness you brought, Dade County and its people won't forget their security and peace came at a steep price. Still too many loyal and cherished women and men losing their lives because of carelessness. Abominable just horrible we still read about cop killers released unto the streets of society. A very painful and sad part of our justice system. Families, comrades and friends who try and cope with a loss beyond words. Your killer, Officer Cook, was shot and eventually killed by your comrade, Detective Donald Blocker. For your versatility and acumen you proved your valor and honesty could and would heroically stand up to the likes of evil while defending our liberty and unity right here in Dade County.
