I'll say one thing. Life can be boring at times. Public service namely police work is not. Never a dull moment. Probably, more peril and duress than any other profession around. The mind and body must react alike to whatever needs fixing, solving or resolving. You fixed Dade county, Officer Cook, as well as you could with dignity, grace and honesty. The vitals of vigilance, virtue and valor striving to be humane and heroic. Rest in peace my neighbor, friend and hero. Character and desire to be solemnly given those wings so your soul may fly freely higher and higher. Humility the cornerstone of humanity.

A community beckens you stand firm and fair in your principles and honesty upon which you took a solemn affirmation to serve loyally and to preserve the values and ideals of life. The stock market crashing is one thing. The prayers of our world are vital to the interests of peace and safety. Without them we might as well face impending doom. Of course that won't happen because from God's bright skies we have your smile and soul of bravery, Officer Cook, watching over your family and peers as well as Dade County's folks. Violence only tends to exercise its control and until we can get the right handle on this foe, we just keep on trying to be vigilant and honorable. You kept your cool and displayed all the dignity and integrity needed to channel and to champion humility from others. Good character and the desires that were essential to keeping wickedness at bay. Saluted for heroism and for spreading goodwill. Rest in peace my neighbor, friend and hero.

What set our world back is all this mayhem and very senseless violence and baseless hatred and bloodshed. You certainly performed your part, Officer Cook, wisely and quite heroically and no doubt left a very humble impression upon mankind, your family and department. It was your unassuming nature and gentle voice that attempted to calm a distraught man that fateful day. All the acumen, all the dignity and honor one could bring to his official position was utilized to bring a peaceful end to an ugly day of complete and utter chaos for Dade County and its folks. Sadly, your family cannot see your smile right now, Officer Cook. it is Our Creator who has your spirit of unity and smile of hope and goodwill sheltered in His heavenly home. Clowning around and horsing around on the public's dime just won't cut the mustard. You need a set of skills that most ordinary people don't possess and the reflexes of a sharp mind that can handle the rigors of danger and stress while saving and protecting the dignity and integrity of all mankind. Your courage and honor, Officer Cook, was surely appreciated greatly during your time watching over the residents of Dade County. Peaceful and serene, helpful and a man with a golden heart for doing the goodwill of a grateful community, one in which you still remain honored and deeply respected. Humanity clarifies a person'e fortitude and for having the proper attitude may the good Lord hold your soul firmly in His palms and arms of compassion as you rest in peace my neighbor, friend and hero.
