Reflections for Federal Prohibition Agent William Edwin Collins
Entrusted with an unpopular job enforcing an unpopular law, you none-the-less went out, faced the dangers and did that job. Though it was a law I personally felt was wrong, I understand the purpose behind it and have nothing but respect for those that tried to do the right thing, especially those who sacrificed their lives doing so.
God Bless you Agent Collins on this 90th anniversary of your gruesome murder, and may you forever Rest in Peace, Brother.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 87th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.
Rest In Peace.
