It's "Police Week 2013",time set aside to honor the sacrifice of thousands of officers like you who gave their lives in service to their community. Thousands of people will see your name carved in the wall in Washington DC. As we take this week to honor the sacrifices that were made, I wanted to say that you are not forgotten. You are remembered and honored.

My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer

Special Agent Cole, you died in an honorable way while trying to catch a lowlife who had taken a brother's life. You are a true hero and have not been forgotten.
