I am privileged to be among the first to leave a reflection Your heroism and service is honored today, the 85th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Time never diminishes respect and your memory will always be honored and revered.
Rest In Peace

NO OFFICER SHOULD EVER BE WITHOUT AN RELFECTION AND I AM HONORED TO BE THE FIRST TO LEAVE ONE FOR YOU TODAY. I DON'T KNOW HOW LONG YOUR MEMORIAL HAS BEEN HERE BUT JUST ONE DAY WITHOUT WORD OF THANKS IS TOO LONG. THANK YOU SIR FOR YOUR SERVICE AND DEDICATION TO THE ILLINOIS STATE POLICE, YOU ARE A HERO JUST BY THE PROFESSION YOU CHOSE. THANK YOU ALSO FOR YOUR MILITARY SERVICE. I WILL VISIT WITH YOU AGAIN. UNTIL THEN GOD BLESS YOU AND KEEP YOU IN HIS CARE.
