I served as the Police Chief in Adairville from May of 2001 to July 2004. I remember reading his name every year at our Law Enforcement Memorial. Thank You Chief Charlton for your service to and dedication to the city of Adairville!!

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 45th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Time never dminishes respect and your memory will always be honored and revered.
