Reflections for Mounted Patrolman James P. Cavanaugh

Patrolman Cavanaugh, it has been 105 years since you were taken from us. You have left a legacy of service and community with your son, grandson and great-grandson for which you should be very proud.

New England law enforcement has continued to thrive, learn and become safer due to the traditions and sacrifices you, your family, and many others have made for us. Thank you for your 9 years of law enforcement service.
