I remember seeing your plaque at the station house. I read it but never knew the whole story. Now that I do I want to say thank you. It's been a few yrs since I put on a blue uniform. But the thought of a hero in my old command is a good thing. Things are still safe in the old two o.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 64th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service.
