Felicia was a firecracker! She was full of life and loved her job as a police officer. When she spoke to my class she inspired the law enforcement students and was a role model for the females. We all appreciated her many visits to Minnesota State in Mankato.

My condolences to her entire family. Felicia was an extraordinary woman.

Officer Riley responded to a hang up call, and upon the call was welcomed in be an elder person. As soon as she went in house, she was attacked by subject, she tased him, it seemed to make no difference, he continued to assault her, as she tried to fight back. Back up officer arrived and subdue the man. He was taken into custody
as Officer Riley was sent to the hospital where she died.
Officer Reilly had served with the Saint Paul Police Department for 17 years. She is survived by her husband, three sons, two daughters, two sisters, and grandchildren.
May God comfort this family. she was true Hero.

My job is to be sure these subject to not get out on Parole

The true measure of a person
is not found in the
might of their arm,
their wealth
or their power –
it is found in the strength
of their character.

There is no greater testimony to
ones character, than ones
willingness to sacrifice all,
in the noble quest of
providing protection to all
whom they serve.

Thank You so much for Your service & sacrifice. Unlike most other officers who gave the ultimate sacrifice, You paid for Your Bravery more than once. You had to struggle & live through Your injuries everyday for almost 15 years before giving Your final sacrifice. I salute & Thank You with all my heart. May the unfulfilled Justice find Your attacker so he pays more than those pitifull 8.5 years.
