Officer Robert Tyrone Kearse Sr.,
Thank you for your service sir. We will always remember your beautiful smile. I was told that you were very excited to join the Columbus Police Department. We were glad to have you. After talking with your squad mates and friends, I learned so much about you. I do recall a conversation with you about growing up in Holly Hills and you attending Hardaway High School. You were a proud Columbusite and you enjoyed being a Marine and a Police Officer. Your time with us was brief but, you left an everlasting impact on so many with your quiet demeanor and willingness to help others.

Until we meet again, rest in God's care.

Joyce Dent-Fitzpatrick, Assistant Chief
Columbus, Georgia Police Department
