No Officer or K-9 wants to loose their life. But they do it to protect the citizens of the city, state, and local municipal for which they work and reside. The loss of our brother will be felt by many. The pain behind our badges will be felt by all. Brother you were 10-8 for nine years. You are now 10-7 Job well done. The rest of our family in blue will take it from here. To the widow and children your husband and dad is a hero who gave his all trying to right a wrong. May God bless you all in your time of sorrow.

Truly, my deepest condolences to Mrs. Bradley J. Reckling and all three of your beautiful daughters. I pray that God will bless you and your entire family, especially during this most difficult period of time. May you cherish and often ponder the most beautiful times you shared with Bradley. He will always look after you and his three daughters as well as the newest member of the family arrives in the near future. Bradley is now in heaven resting peacefully. Deputy Sheriff Bradley J. Reckling will never ever be forgotten.
