Lord God, I pray for the families of America's Peace Officers who have been killed in the Line-of-Duty and I thank you for their sacrifices. Bless the lives of their families so they might find healing. Help their law enforcement departments and agencies support their families. Even though their deaths might have been senseless, make something good come out of these situations so that their departments and agencies, in which they worked, might be stronger because of their lives and their deaths. In Your mighty and holy name, and by Your authority, I pray. Amen.

"Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons [children] of God." [Matthew 5:9 ESV]
