Freddy, you were always a good friend to me. I still remember the first time we met while we were working overtime at SoFi for the game. I remember how much fun we would have being out there and how we would talk about life. You had a lot of good advice to give a youngster on the department and plenty of good life adivce.

I miss how you would check up on me and how you were very understanding about everything that went on with me. I remember how you helped me out on making beanies.

I miss how we would grab chow in inglewood whenever we worked a overtime detail down there.

You were a really good friend Freddy and I'm sorry I wasn't there with you.

I know you're resting easy up above brother.

The true measure of a person
is not found in the
might of their arm,
their wealth
or their power –
it is found in the strength
of their character.

There is no greater testimony to
ones character, than ones
willingness to sacrifice all,
in the noble quest of
providing protection to all
whom they serve.

Fred, you were my bailiff for many years while working at Sylmar court. You were such a great man. Great father. Always made me laugh when I was down. Stayed in touch after I retired. You were taken from all of us way too soon. Miss you so much. No more suffering.
Rest in peace. Pray for all of us here on earth.
