Reflections for Agent Eliezer Ramos-Velez

Oh how our prayers and thoughts go out to the family, families and colleagues in this great time of need. In this time of great sorrow I ask that we continue to think of all who are suffering from this horrific violent wicked crime and lean into God for comfort and peace.

Thank you for your service, thank you for your son this father and his devotion to serve. Bless you.

2Cor. 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort,
2Cor. 1:4 who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.

As an officer of the Puerto Rico State Police, it is with heavy hearts that we mourn the loss of our colleague, Officer Eliezer Ramos, who tragically lost his life at the hands of criminals. His dedication to serving and protecting our community will always be remembered, and his sacrifice will never be forgotten. This cowardly act reminds us of the dangers we face every day in the line of duty. Let us honor Officer Ramos by continuing to uphold the values of justice, integrity, and courage that he exemplified. Together, let us stand strong against violence and work tirelessly to ensure the safety of our fellow citizens. Thank you for your service. Rest in peace brother...
