Reflections for Special Police Officer Alexander Griffin
Special Officer Griffin, it has been 143 years since you were taken from us. New England law enforcement has continued to thrive, learn and become safer due to the traditions and sacrifices you, your family, and many others have made for us. Thank you for your military and 2 years of law enforcement service.

This weekend I rode LEU Road To Hope 2024 in your memory, so you may never be forgotten. Rest easy we’ve got it from here.

Officer Griffin, it's disgraceful that your murderers essentially got away with their crime, but it's gotten worse since your sacrifice. That said, God Bless you and thank you for your service to the City of Newburyport. You're a hero and we can only hope that your killers faced true justice at some point, if not in this life, then in the next.
May you forever Rest in Peace, Brother.
