Leave a Reflection

Reflections for Lieutenant Anthony Garvey

When I was rookie in 1982 assigned to NSU 7, Tony was the lieutenant. He was an excellent boss who had made connections with every rookie in the group. RIP my brother Tony.

Lt. Garvey,
On today, the 2nd anniversary of your death I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice-not just for your Community but for our Country as well when you served with the U.S. Army as a member of the 9th Infantry Division-“The Old Reliables” with the Mobile Riverine Force in Vietnam’s Mekong Delta fighting the Viet Cong. And to your Family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
