The true measure of a person
is not found in the
might of their arm,
their wealth
or their power –
it is found in the strength
of their character.
There is no greater testimony to
ones character, than ones
willingness to sacrifice all,
in the noble quest of
providing protection to all
whom they serve.

Paul, I thank you for all of your kindness and the laughs you've given all of us. Your dedication to service will never be forgotten. I still remember all the times you told me to head home because my shift was over. But now your shift is over, and we'll take it from here.

Paul, every time I sit at roll call, I'm still waiting for you to come through the doors and look at me with that stupid, infectious smile of yours. I'm so grateful for the time I got to spend with you at work, and I'll never forget you. Please watch over the rest of us, as we continue to serve the citizens of Waltham. You made a positive impact to everyone you met, and I can only strive to be a fraction of the human you were. Paul, your watch is over, and we have it from here. Turn in your keys.
Love you buddy,
