Lt. Lynch was the shift Sergeant on my very first day with the Painesville Police Department. I was his shift Sergeant on his very last day. We both spent time in the U.S. Army Military Police Corps, he confirmed the game "Duck" actually existed.... If you know you know. Gerry loved his family with everything he had and was proud of it. He was a 100% kind of man. I miss him.
