It takes a special person that runs toward danger. Police Officers do that every single day. This officer knew the danger and the risks involved. He chose to protect the public over his own safety. Words cannot describe a person willing to do that. God Bless his fellow officers who lost a colleague. May this officer rest in peace knowing he did his duty honorably and bravely.

When we graduated December 2017 you wrote the following: “I thank GOD for blessing me with this great career, I thank
my family for supporting me every single day, and I thank my
fellow officers. It is a great honor and privilege to wear this
badge, to wear this uniform, and to serve side by side with
my fellow officers. I know that together we will do great
things and make an impact in this community. All of you
inspire me and motivate me to be the best that I can be. It
has been an honor to train and serve along all of you and to
continue to serve. I love you all. Always stay safe and GOD
bless”. Psalms 23:4 “Yeah, though I walk through the valley of the
shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for you are with me; Your
rod and your staff, they comfort me”. We love you “Echy” and the honor was truly ours. We will never forget you.

Another tragic death of a man who put on his uniform everyday to protect and serve his community and neighbors. He leaves behind family and friends who will never forget him. He will also also ride along in the minds of all the other men and women who wear the uniform as a reminder of the danger out there.
