Shed not tears of sorrow, But tears of joy, for now, I stand with God.

great pride in your work, and you were so dedicated to it. I’m so sorry that it had to end this way. I’m so sorry that you were taken away from your loved ones, friends, and colleagues. I wish things were different, but unfortunately, there are a lot of people who don’t respect the police.
Rest peacefully now, in God’s loving embrace. Heaven has a new angel.

How tragic this is that you were part of the honor guard when Officer Daryl Pierson was murdered on September 3, 2014. You buried him and now your being buried.
