Our world is filled with many evil people, and yet, Officer Rocha has dedicated his life to protecting others that we may be safe.
Our Lord, who sees all and knows all, will reward him abundantly for his courage, dedication and selfless service.
My deepest sympathy to the family of Officer Rocha! He was the husband of my childhood friend's oldest daughter!
My sincere condolences to Dan's brothers and sister of the Everett police department! For us citizens of the city of Everett Washington..our hearts are broken of having lost one of our own!!
