I am sad to learn of the passing of a Brother and Hero in Police Officer John Painter. I believe our Heavenly Father has welcomed him home into his loving arms where he will now patrol the Golden Streets of Heaven. When I read this it took me back in time when another shooting occured at Virginia Tech. I wrote a song entitled 'Infinite Love' The words flowed as did the music. I am so very sorry for their loss. I too used to work as a campus Police Officer at Duke Univisirty in the 80's

I am a retired police officer. I am eighty years of age and now reside in Troy, Ohio. I graduated, in North Carolina, February 19, 1984-1994
