On today, the 3rd anniversary of your death I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice-not just as a Law Enforcement Officer but for our Country as well when you served with the USMC. And to your Family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

Tracy was my youngest brother's best friend and an honorary son in my family. They attended Bolder City High School and were roommates in their first post-high school apartment in nearby Henderson, NV. I'm so sorry to hear of his untimely death and send my heartfelt sympathy to his family.
