What’s up David my brother. I’m always laughing about how we talked about the worldly events and what’s it’s like to be a police officer. Always now that we all love and miss you!! I still try to be as patient and calm as you were. When God decides to let me go we will meet up again. Just now that I appreciated the brother you were and the great police officer you were to the citizens of Clarksville. We all love you and will always be in our daily prayer brother.

My brother David I miss you very much. I always think of you and stop by your final resting place at Holy Family cemetery Bethlehem, PA . Mom, Paul, Peter, Danny, and I Love you with all of our hearts. I know that you and our brother Joseph Lewis is looking down protecting us. I will be completing my 20th year with the City of Bethlehem Police Department Pennsylvania. I will be retiring as a Detective Sergeant this summer 2023. I would of loved for us to retire from law enforcement and talk about the crazy stories we dealt with while on Patrol. We love you David, and you will always be etched in my heart. Until we see each other again. I Love you brother.

I bring myself to this website often. When I am truly missing my husband I love reading the many comments of everyone. Words will never describe how much I miss him. He is forever my person, my hero and my forever. I miss you but not as much as I love you. Wait for me because I know you will be there with that smile I loved so much, to welcome me home for eternity.

Today is February 2, 2022 and I just learned today of your passing. My heart is broken into a million pieces. We’ve known each other since I was 18 years old and I’m 42 today. We have so many memories together. All the crazy times we shared. You were always so caring thoughtful and most importantly nonjudgmental. You’ve seen me at my worst and seen me in better times and your view of me never wavered. I was just talking about one of the many memories we shared today with a friend and that is when she told me about your passing. People assumed I already knew. That is one of the worst things that has happened due to this stupid pandemic. People like myself who was tired of hearing the misinformation and the lies and seeing the chaos shut out the world and all forms of social media and lost touch with so many people. So when tragic things like your passing happens you’re unaware. I am still trying to process this tragic news. You were always a wonderful person and a wonderful Police Officer. The world is definitely a little dimmer now that you are gone. I know you’re looking down and still continuing to watch over and protect your loved ones. Until I see you again my friend.

Sgt Miller, my friend, my heart broke when I learned of your passing. You were the first officer with CPD to welcome me on my first day as a CPD dispatcher. You brought me a blueberry donut & that tradition continued in the years that followed. You were well spoken, calm, kind & selfless. My heart is broken knowing I will never hear you belly laugh again at all my shenanigans. I pray for your family daily. Rest easy now until we meet again.

The true measure of a person
is not found in the
might of their arm,
their wealth
or their power –
it is found in the strength
of their character.

There is no greater testimony to
ones character, than ones
willingness to sacrifice all,
in the noble quest of
providing protection to all
whom they serve.

Rest in Peace brother and watch over us. We will protect and serve from here on in your honor.

I fight not for glory or fame, for they are momentary. I fight for those who can't. I fight for Justice. I fight for the oppressed and the down trodden. And if I should lose my life for these just causes, then I have no regrets, For I serve to protect the innocent. It matters not where or when, for evil knows no boundaries. Be it fire, flood, or the threat of tyranny, I will not flee. Justice is my weapon. Faith is my shield. Hope is my armor. Cry not at my passing, for it was my Honor to fight for you. Shed not tears of sorrow, But tears of joy, for now, I stand with God.
