Lord Jesus, the Great Physician, the loss of life of one of our law enforcement officers is so very painful and devastating to endure. It can ravage a community for such a long time. I ask that You come and dwell in our midst. Let Your holy word be a healing balm that soothes our wounds and allows us to heal from the loss of this law enforcement officer. Help us to learn from Police Officer Kevin Apple, of the Pea Ridge AR Police Department, selfless example of dedication and devotion to protecting us. Let our memories of Police Officer Kevin Apple not be ones of sadness for his loss, but of celebration of a life lived in the image of You. In Your mighty and holy name, I pray. Amen.

A police officer should be remembered not by how he died but how he lived! A great man has gone to secure a safe path for the rest of us to follow. Thank you to you, your family and the Pea Ridge Police Department. Our country is a little less safe without you. Rest in Peace Brother!

Officer Apple, you are a true hero for having put your life in danger each and every day so that others may live in peace and security. The world is full of evil people but that did not stop you from fulfilling your duties. Your reward in heaven will be abundant. May our Lord immerse you and your loved ones in His Divine Mercy. Rest in peace, good and faithful servant.
